At Felicidad Medical Research Centers, INC., all documentation for each clinical trial is completed and stored in adherence to FDA, GCP, ICH, HIPAA, HSP, and any other regulatory guideline required. Subject privacy is always a priority. All staff members are constantly trained on good source documentation and regulatory adherence.
Computerized data integrity is maintained through the use of individual computers, all of which are password protected by each user. Vendor sites are designated to each staff member with their unique, unshared password for access. Electronic systems used at the site are under the continuous guarantee of system compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Study trial documentation is safeguarded on site in a secured, double-locked, room, which is under 24-hour surveillance recording. Documents are kept on site for as long as a sponsor or FDA requires, whichever is the longest.
